DEDICATED & EXPERIENCED
CAR ACCIDENT ATTORNEYS
Insurance Companies Have A Team Of Lawyers On Their Side, Experienced At Fighting To Reject Your Lawful Claims. Therefore, You Need An Experience Team Of Car Accident Attorneys To Aggressively Fight For You!
We have handled thousands of auto accident cases and are experienced in any and all types of motor vehicle accident claims. These include:
Insurance companies do not automatically pay you for your losses. In fact, they have a team of lawyers on their side, experienced at fighting to reject your lawful claims. Doesn’t it make sense to have an experienced team of lawyers ready to aggressively fight for your right to maximum compensation?
In order to recover in a car accident case, you need to prove that you suffered a serious injury as a result of the negligence of someone else. While it may sound simple enough, insurance companies will try every way possible to deny or limit your claim. You need an experienced team of lawyers on your side to fight the insurance company.
Perhaps most importantly, you need a lawyer who is willing to say “no”. At Wites & Rogers, if your insurance company does not offer you a fair and reasonable settlement we will advise you to say “no” and reject it. We will file a lawsuit on your behalf, and if the insurance company does not offer a fair and reasonable settlement during the litigation we will again advice you to say “no” and we will take your case to trial. We will fight for you to obtain the justice you deserve
These are not the people to trust. Their interest is in their bottom line, not your well-being.
If you or a loved one has been involved in a car crash, time is of the essence. This is true even when dealing with your own insurance company to receive compensation through your Personal Injury Protection (PIP), or “no fault” insurance coverage. While it is possible to receive reimbursement for medical treatment, lost wages, and transportation expenses, these policies are challenging to navigate.
Additionally, if you do not file a claim for these “no fault” benefits within 14 days of the accident, the insurance company may deny your claim. This may prevent you from being compensated for certain medical bills.
At Wites & Rogers, we have a proven track record of success representing thousands of families whose lives have been upended by car accidents. We understand the unique financial and emotional stress car accidents victims face. You do not need the added frustration of fighting with insurance companies. While no amount of money can ever replace your loss, we can help you recover money for the injuries and damages you or your loved one suffered.
If you or a loved one has been seriously hurt in a car accident that was caused by someone else’s negligence, you may be entitled to damages for:

My husband and I cannot say enough about Mr. Thomas Rogers and his associates at Wites Law Firm. Not only were they Professional but they listened and clarified every step that was had to be done on our behalf.
The outcome was remarkable but most of all he and his staff made us feel not only part of the process but did so at a pace that we could understand and make decisions on our own without feeling any pressure. This was the best experience we have had dealing with an attorney in South Florida and would highly recommend Mr. Rogers and his associates to anyone who is in need of help with an insurance claim. Many thanks for their caring and thoughtfulness towards us as clients.
Manta Ray InnI want to take the opportunity to compliment Marc Wites and his staff on the considerate and professional service he extended to us in negotiating our insurance claim. We were faced with the frustrating experience of dealing with our insurance company in the wake of Hurricane Irma.
Their inconsiderate and stingy offer led us to engage the Wites Law Firm to help us gain the funds to enable us to actually make the repairs our property needed. They did so in close communication with us, negotiating with the insurance company’s attorney in a most professional manner. We would not hesitate to call on Marc again if the need arose and we encourage anyone in need to do so as well.
Daniel & Loretta ForerThe professionalism and service at this firm are unmatched! There is someone updating you constantly on the status of your case, and everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable! 10 of 10 in all aspects. I would not use anyone else.
ChristinaWites Law Firm is the best option for legal representation. They will get you the best settlement possible and do it much quicker than any other attorneys I have used in the past.
Teresa GoinsNo. We will do our best to obtain a settlement for you without filing a lawsuit because this typically results in you paying less in legal fees and costs, and receiving more money from the settlement. However, if we cannot obtain a fair and reasonable settlement for you, we will file a lawsuit on your behalf, and fight for you in court for as long as it takes to get you and your family a fair and reasonable result.
