The former CEO of NS8, Adam Rogas is accused of misleading investors who invested $123 million in his company, NS8, earlier this year. Rogas then abruptly resigned from NS8 earlier this month and was arrested by the FBI on 9/18/2020 and is facing fraud charges. The NS8 board released a statement which said that the board “has learned that much of the company’s revenue and customer information had been fabricated by Mr. Rogas.”
